AI product leader

Decide which AI products to build, and launch them responsibly.

This is you

You are a product manager, a product owner, a founder or a business leader. You decide what to build, and why. You want to know what AI can really do, what it costs, and how to launch it safely.

Where you are going

An AI product leader

  • Know what AI can and cannot do, without the hype
  • Choose AI use cases with clear value, and say no to the bad ones
  • Define what “good enough” means before your team builds
  • Launch AI features with the right controls for risk, privacy and cost
  • 3 stages
  • 10 courses, 10 available now
  • About 67–89 hours of study
  • 2 certificates of completion + 7 concepts certificates

How much code you need

  1. No code
  2. Read code
  3. Some code
  4. Code is central

You do not need to write or run any code on this path. Some lessons show code for the engineers who read them too: you can skip it. The diagrams, the examples and the knowledge checks give you everything that you need.

Your route, stage by stage

Each stop is a course. Its shape tells you how much of it to take.

  • Full course. The whole course, with its practice. It leads to a certificate of completion.
  • Concepts. Only the concept modules, read without running code. They lead to a concepts certificate.
  • Optional. Useful for some people. You do not need it, and it is not counted in the time.
  1. You, today
  2. Stage 1 Know what AI can doabout 14–19 h

    1. AI Career Foundations: Roles, Skills and Roadmaps

      Full course4–6 h

See how AI products are made, and who makes them.

    2. LLMs: How They Work and How to Choose One

      Concepts4–6 h

What LLMs can and cannot do, and how to choose one.

Focus: Modules 1–4. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

    3. Machine Learning: From Problem to Reliable Model

      Concepts6–7 h

How a prediction product works, and how to measure it.

Focus: Modules 1–3. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

  3. Stage 2 Decide what to buildabout 27–35 h

    1. RAG: Building AI That Uses Your Data

      Concepts10–13 h

AI that answers from your own data.

Focus: Modules 1 and 4–6. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

    2. AI Agents and Workflow Orchestration

      Concepts7–9 h

When an agent is the right product, and when it is not.

Focus: Modules 1, 4 and 6. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

    3. Evaluating and Testing AI Systems

      Concepts10–13 h

Define “good enough” before your team builds.

Focus: Modules 1–5. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

  4. Stage 3 Launch and leadabout 26–35 h

    1. AI Security, Privacy and Responsible Design

      Concepts7–10 h

      Risk, privacy and human oversight.

Focus: Modules 1, 2, 4 and 5. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

    2. AI System Design and Cost Engineering

      Concepts7–9 h

What AI costs, and how to keep the cost under control.

Focus: Modules 1–3 and 6. Read the code and the notebooks; you do not need to run them.

    3. Leading AI Products and Teams

      Full course12–16 h

The core of this path: choose use cases, plan and lead the launch.

    4. Document and Multimodal AI

      Optional16–22 h

For products that read documents and images.

Earn certificates as you go

You do not need to finish the whole path to show what you learned. Each full course gives a certificate of completion, and each concepts course gives a concepts certificate. Share each one when you get it.
